The Q Storage team was the most friendly, supportive, and patient throughout our moving and storage experience! Moving is definitely never easy and the logistics and details can become overwhelming, but Thinh from the Q Storage team was super supportive every step of the way! The storage unit its self was shiny and clean!! Super impressed as I have heard some horror stories from friends!! Definitely recommend Q Storage and their team for all your storage needs!!

Best experience and clean units. This will always be my go to storage place

Angelo has been nothing but AMAZING!!!! I have never had such an awesome experience at a storage facility. Clean!? SPOTLESS! Best place I’ve been to, highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Angelo, for everything you’ve done for us!

Best friend ever , customer service is excellent

It’s a very clean storage I will always put my stuff there and it’s safe

I just rented a unit from Q Self Storage and the service was amazing from the start: when I called them to get information they were very polite, very clear and explicit about the conditions, and their offer was very promising. Upon arriving at the office to rent the storage unit, I got everything promised and the service was still amazing. No excessive or pushy sales, they are very respectful. No increase of the price of the storage in 6 or 12 months or more; (You won’t find that in other Storage company – some of them will tell you on the advertising that you will paid for example: $ 198 per month reduce to $ 120 per month, but you will soon find out after inquired that the $120 is not what you will paid for the entire time you will need the storage – it’s just for a few months). There is often increase of the price after 6 months and they won’t tell you how much! The units at Q Self Storage and the entire building are incredibly clean and well maintained regularly (one customer how was there, told me that they even clean the doors of the units). Access to storage is also very easy if you drive and if you come by TTC, the bus stop is right there. Jessica J A.

Theres great service here, Angelo checked us in and was very helpful and kind. The place is clean and well maintained. Very happy to have picked this storage unit. They have many sizes of lockers available with the choice to upgrade size if needed.

I was seekibg a climate-controlled storage that also has pest control measures in place and finally landed at the "Q Self Storage". The facility is conveniently located, is exceptionally clean, provides dollies to move stuff from your truck into the locker and has convenient access hours. It looks exactly as pictures on their website. This is a family-owned business and Angelo - the manager of the facility on Martin Grove who I met during the sign up - was very friendly, not pushy and didn't try to upsell me into something that I didn't need (quite the opposite, he took time to better understand what I needed to store to make sure that the locker I chose was suitable for me and even suggested a less expensive unit than I initially chose). He was very informative, thoroughly explained me payment conditions on the full 28 day cycle, automated system reminders for a payment, cost of content insurance in case I wanted it, availability of great locks that could be bought from Q, consequences of non-payment of the locker rent, etc. The facility also sells packing materials and boxes, the service that I found to be very helpful. If you are unsure, a visit to the Q will win you. It is a really nice storage, I will be using their services myself until my new home is ready, and will wholeheartedly recommend them to whoever asks me.

I’ve been looking for decent economical storage for some time now. So glad I stopped in on Q Self Storage while passing by. The staff are terrific (friendly / professional), the site is very clean and very well organized. The loading area is indoors, heated with hydraulic lift (all very simple and quick to use). It’s a family run business which still includes a personal touch by the owner Angelo when renting. I’ve taken two units and have nothing but great things to say to date.

Check out a few storage facilities but came back to here price here was way less facility is clean staff is friendly I have already told friends that if they need to rent a storage space this is the place .

Great customer service, friendly and honest with their prices. Cheap and reliable. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

We have been renting a storage unit here for the past 2 months and it is living up to our expectations. The facility is always clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. I would highly recommend Q Self Storage! Thank you!

Also price very reasonable for a large indoor unit with high ceiling which is environmentally controlled with heating and a/c. Would highly recommend this storage service.

She provided me with amazing customer service experience. This is in comparison to the 3 other storage companies that I inquired with. The facilities are super clean and convenient to access. I recommend Q Self Storage to find a space that fits your needs. Celina is a superstar!

Great storage units, clean and for a great price!

- Clean and Spacious, Easy access. - Quick process obtaining a unit - Great pricing and staff - Staff very helpful when needed

Angelo and the team were the BEST! Needed a place to store my grandmothers belonging for two months, and he gave me a fixed price for the two months. MUCH more reasonably priced than all the other storage places in Etobicoke! We were having issues with scheduling a crew to remove everything, and he accommodated us and provided some buffer days for us so that we can get everything done without the added stress of emptying out the storage in a fixed time! Don't look elsewhere for your storage needs! He also recommended us an amazing moving crew to help us with moving everything into the unit! Thanks for everything!

Cleanest storage place I've ever been to Love the easy, on-demand access Climate controlled, large units at a good price Only downside is that there's only 1 indoor loading bay, I've found it's usually occupied on the weekends

Pretty good

Angelo on front desk was helpful and he said there is no contract and it’s just month to month. Price is also good when compared to others and this place is so clean and neat.

Nice clean

This place is amazing, very clean with fair prices the staff in here are extremely friendly Angelo and Lydia helped us out and were fantastic. I am very satisfied for choosing this place and I recommended it to any one else looking for storage. You will not be disappointed

Excellent services from start to finish! The staff were really nice, always flexible, and helpful. Prices for units were some of the best we have seen too, very affordable. Their storage units are secure and super clean. Perfect for university students having to store their stuff between school years. We highly recommend!

Angelo from Q Self Storage was really helpful and made himself available to make sure all our storage needs were met. Also hooked up a good deal on the unit. The facility is clean and well kept, close to the highways for easy access. Will definitely be renting again in the future.

Excellent service by rep. He called back to ensure that everything is okay. Excellent and clean facility

Very neat and clean storage. Angelo is very helpful with great customer service.

Angelo and Q Self Storage saved my moving day. Needless to say things did not go as planned and I needed a place for my things immediatly. With one phone call Angleo was able to open a spot for me right away late on a Saturday afternoon. The move in and sign up was painless and we were able to finish below dark. This business is extremely accomodating!!

First time there and I would recommend it for the great service given . Professional and friendly service . Installations look clean and easy access.

This place is amazing!!!. As soon as I walked in the door hadn't even closed yet and I was already greeted by Angelo. He told me his name obviously and I exchanged my name with him. Also. He offered me a seat and then decided that instead of talking about the units he would show me the unit. I was extremely grateful for this because numbers don't mean anything until you see the actual thing. Not only was his customer service top-notch but is also personable. Angela is a very cool down to earth. Honest guy. Was willing to go the extra length to make sure that we were very much satisfied. I did not leave that establishment until I was satisfied. I would 110% recommend this. They have pest control dollies to help you and even a loading talk. How amazing is that. If you need self storage go to q self storage.

It was a very good experience being at Q Self storage. Very kind and pleasant customer service.

This storage facility is EXTREMELY CLEAN and the staff are wonderful! They take time to take care of you instead of just rushing you out. They are honest when they help you choose the size instead of pushing you to pay for the more expensive one. They never once made me feel uncomfortable. Their rates are great and location is awesome! Highly recommend. Thank you Angelo and Thinh for being so welcoming and understanding of our needs!

I booked a storage unit here for my personal use as I was travelling for few months. My experience in booking with Q self storage was quick and smooth! I dropped in to there office during my lunch time and Angelo there made my job easier by quickly registering me , he also helped me find out a right size storage. I was going to reserve a bigger one but Angelo clearly understood my storage need and showed me a unit which would fit my stuffs perfectly! I would certainly recommend this storage.

I have nothing but good things to say. I recently signed the contract and was recently receiving a shipment of motorcycle scooters. It was a bit of a struggle to unload the truck, remove the wooden crates and take the scooters in a metal frame to the unit. The staff (Angelo) was very helpful and actually spent some time helping unload. Nothing was a problem and Q Self Storage exceeded my expectations.

The best storage facility in the GTA, I was always confused in the search of storage place for my extra personal effects but upon my visitation to this location I was settled inwardly and outwardly that this is it.

Self storage - Etobicoke is a fantastic storage facility. I have been storing my trailers and equipment here for the past year. Not only is the facility clean but also a safe spot for my equipment. Angelo is a great guy to deal with and willing to accommodate the needs of his customers. Chris

Angelo was very helpful great friendly service. Very clean and professional facility. Definitely recommend!

I grew up in Rexdale and left in 2007. In 2020 I returned to Toronto and did not know of Q Self Storage. The staff are very friendly and definitely aim to please. When you need storage for whatever the reason you should definitely speak to Q Self Storage they are in my opinion much better than the rest. Climate controlled and very clean. 5 star.

Angelo (and his team) provided excellent customer service and was always there with prompt feedback to any questions throughout the process. I had a completely positive experience dealing with Q Self Storage in Etobicoke. Angelo was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing quick responses to my inquiries and he offered very personal service when I finally met him in person. The facility at Q Self Storage is very impressive: clearly new, clean and well-run.

Was looking for a place to store my Jeep hardtop and came across Q Storage. Easy sign up process, and friendly service from Finn and Angelo. The prices are super reasonable, space is sparkling clean.

Great price, great service. Ask for Angelo

The best part about this place is that they have in-person services everyday including Sundays! Most storage companies are closed on sundays, but not this place. Thinh was super helpful in explaining the prices for the storage units. The units are super clean and bright. Thank you for helping us out!

Great service

I am a recent customer and I was highly please with the service from start. I was running behind on bringing in my truck for the first day of parking and they said we can wait around for few minutes for you to get there. After my arrival they were amazingly friendly, helpful and super supportive. I would highly recommend them for storage use.

Great place.

We called 2 days before needing a storage unit and received details and answers to all our questions. Angelo was a pleasure to deal with. Storage units are clean and new. If you are looking for a storage unit, give Q Self Storage a call. You wont be disappointed!

Best experience ever. Staff was incredibly friendly. Angelo was very professional and friendly, he helped me find the perfect locker in min and was signed and ready to move my stuff in right away. The place was super clean and climate controlled. Highly recommend to anybody that wants to make sure there stuff is safe and clean

Q Self Storage has offered exceptional service since the first phone call to arrange to store our possessions. Angelo helpfully suggested a tour of the facility prior to moving day and Thinh showed me the layout of the facility and explained procedures. I was unsure I had selected an accurately sized storage unit; Thinh told me it could be changed on moving day. On the day of arrival Angelo reviewed the contents of the truck and suggested a slightly smaller unit to help save on the monthly rental fee. Angelo and Thinh were courteous, pleasant and very helpful throughout the whole process and made a momentous day go smoothly. High recommend!

Great Clean Units. Hands down the best in the area

Q storage was a great experience with very friendly service. From the moment we arrived we received help with parking within the offload area. While we unpacked we were offered help as well as got provided with water while we worked. I recommend to anyone who needs a trustworthy place to store their things.

Building is brand new and units are mint. All different sizes...access is amazing with loading dock and carts. See Silvio...he's the man!!

Clean and new facility

We had an amazing experience using this storage company. It’s so clean, and easy to use. You can even download an app that allows you access into the facility. Additionally, it is climate controlled and the owner is extremely pleasant and always willing to help. We would certainly use them again in future. Novlette & Jesse

They were a lot more convenient than access storage just down the road.. Fast and easy sign up and the first month was free 🙂 i would recommend if you are new to the area and in need of storage.

This storage is the cleanest storage I’ve ever rented. When my business had to close because of Covid they accommodated all our needs. When I need a bigger space it wasn’t a hassle at all. Their set up is also cool. Allows you to find your spot very easily even though it is a big place. I would recommend this for short or long term storage. Thank guys for always being so kind. See you soon!!!

I picked this storage facility after checking other 3 facilities around the area. The reason I picked this one is the friendly stuff, clear message, transparency, cleanliness and high tech used to manage the space.
